1. Language – If your top five employment choices all do business in a certain country, become fluent in that country’s language. The more languages you learn, the more flexible you are when it comes time to seek employment.
2. Regulatory Variations – Since you will need to follow the laws and regulations in the other countries, you must understand them. When moving to a new home in a different state it will be important knowing year round weather conditions. Moving to a northern region, the first snowfall may be exciting and beautiful, but icy roads may make driving in winter very difficult.
